SPM Educational Consultants, LLC provide necessary tools for leaders to empower teachers to take ownership in personalizing instruction for students.  SPM provides coaching and instructional feedback to leaders to drive instruction. Strategies will be provided to aid in developing strong staff relationships and developing both short-term and long-range goals.

Professional development is provided, but not limited to, the following areas:
